Joanna is a Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. She started in healthcare at the age of 20 as a phlebotomist and later graduated from Patrick & Henry Community College with an ASN, RN degree in 2004. She worked in both the Emergency Department and Post Anesthesia Care Unit during her days as a bedside RN. She later continued her education and graduated from the Liberty University BSN program in 2014. She then continued to complete the MSN, FNP program at South University in January 2017. Joanna has worked in Primary Care and Hospital Medicine since that time.
Joanna later developed a love for aesthetics and is known for being meticulous in her skills. Joanna also loves to educate her patients and clients. She is a good listener and is always eager to hear how she can help improve the way you feel about yourself. Your overall wellness is her priority!
